68. SOLAR POWER ELECTRICAL SYSTEM LICENSE TO ELLWOOD LAND HOLDINGS LLC Approve the Solar License for private solar companies to place facilities within the public Right-of-Way delivering solar energy to Public Service entities that provide power to the residents of Maricopa County. The Solar Applicant has provided proof that they are able to conduct business in the State of Arizona, and the signatory of the license has the legal authority to enter the Company into this agreement. Supporting documentation has been verified by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. This license shall be effective upon full execution by the Parties ("Effective Date") and continue for five (5) years from the Effective Date, unless terminated sooner. To the extent Licensee desires to extend the License, Licensee may provide written notice to Licensor prior to the expiration of the original duration and any extension. Upon receipt of such extension request, the license shall be extended an additional five (5) years. This location is in Supervisory District No. 4. (C-64-22-245-X-00)
