The Solar Applicant has provided proof that they are able to conduct business in the State of Arizona, and the signatory of the license has the legal authority to enter the Company into this agreement. Supporting documentation has been verified by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. This Agreement in effect will replace original Agreement #C-64-23-009-X-00, via the attached Termination of Solar Power Electrical System License Issued request.
