80. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE TOWN OF GILBERT Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the Town of Gilbert. The County right-of-way within Val Vista Drive from Cloud Road to north of Ocotillo Road.
