ANNEXATION BY THE CITY OF MESA: ORDINANCE NO. 3364 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the Ordinance by the City of Mesa, annexing county roadway and right-of-way in accordance with Ordinance No. 3364. Ordinance No. 3364, approved and adopted by the Mayor and Council of the City of Mesa, Arizona on July 7, 1997, annexing certain real property to the City of Mesa pursuant to ARS §9-471(N). The action annexed County roadway and rights-of-way to the existing City limits and is generally described as Guadalupe RD from Power Road to Hawes Road, being all county roadway or right-of-way described as follows: Legal description(s) and map(s) of the roadway to be annexed are shown in the attached City of Mesa Ordinance No. 3364.
