SALT RIVER PROJECT AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SRP FACILITIES Approve The Agreement for Construction of SRP Facilities between Salt River Project (SRP) and Maricopa County for the relocation of the irrigation facilities in conflict with the MCDOT Roadway Improvement Project TT0557, Broadway Road Bridges at Tempe Canal. The estimated cost to relocate the irrigation delivery facilities is $1,081,036.00. Funds are budgeted in Transportation System Management (TMAN) project, Sub-Project TT0557 Broadway Road Bridges at Tempe Canal. SRP has provided the necessary documentation confirming their prior rights. All of the work to relocate the irrigation delivery facilities is necessary for the road work to occur, therefore MCDOT is responsible for all costs related to the design, construction and relocation of these facilities. Approval of this agreement will allow relocation of the irrigation facilities to be completed in advance of MCDOT roadway construction. Supervisory District No. 1 (C-64-23-057-X-00)

AMENDMENT TO SALT RIVER PROJECT IRRIGATION FACILITY RELOCATION AGREEMENT: BROADWAY BRIDGE AT TEMPE CANAL Request an amendment to Salt River Project Irrigation Facility Relocation agreement (C-64-23-057-X-00) to approve additional funds associated with the Salt River Project Irrigation (SRPI) facility relocation. The total of the amended agreement is $1,383,348.80. The work will complete relocation of facilities that are in direct conflict with MCDOT project TT0557, Broadway Road at Tempe Canal. The additional cost of $302,312.80 is necessary to complete the relocation related to the originally estimated amount of $1,081,036.00. Supervisory District No. 1 (C-64-23-057-X-01)
