52. BID AND AWARD FOR INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL ON MC 85 AT VERRADO WAY Request approval for the solicitation of bids for this Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Engineering project. The work consists of the installation of a traffic signal and realignment of the roadways approaching the intersection of MC 85 and Verrado Way. Work also includes grading of existing driveways, grading of roadway ditches, signing and pavement marking. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent.
