51. AGREEMENT WITH EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY, LLC FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE GAS PIPELINE Approve The Agreement for Construction with El Paso Natural Gas Company, LLC, a Kinder Morgan Company (EPNG-KM). The Agreement is between EPNG-KM and Maricopa County for the relocation of the gas pipeline facilities in conflict with the MCDOT Roadway Improvement Project TT0600, Northern Ave.: 99th Avenue to Agua Fria. The estimated cost to design and relocate the 16-inch high-pressure natural gas line is $2,294,945.00. Funds are budgeted in Transportation System Management (TMAN) project, Sub-Project TT0600 Northern Ave.: 99th Avenue to Agua Fria. Flood Control is in involved in the determined easement relocation adjustment. EPNG-KM has confirmed prior rights, therefore MCDOT is responsible for all costs related to the design, construction, and relocation of these facilities. Approval of this agreement will allow relocation of the gas pipeline in advance of MCDOT roadway construction. The Agreement has been reviewed by MCAO. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-23-267-X-00)
