56. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-354 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-354 to abandon a portion of Southern Ave (Alignment) between Verrado Way and ¼ mile east by extinguishing the easements which were conveyed to Maricopa County by an easement for highway purposes on June 12, 1962 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 1962-0152967 together with a Right of Way Contract on June 14, 1962 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 1962-0105484. Legal description and map or plat of the roadway to be extinguished, identified as Exhibits "A" and “B”, are attached. (General Vicinity: Southern Ave and Verrado Way and known as Assessor parcels 502-53-006 and 502-53-002C. Supervisory District No. 4) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-23-270-X-00)
