73. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF AVONDALE: ORDINANCE NO. 2018-0323 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Avondale, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Lower Buckeye Road from124th Avenue to El Mirage Rd. In accordance with Avondale Ordinance No. 2018-0323 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. (General Vicinity: Lower Buckeye Rd and El Mirage Rd. Supervisory District: No. 5) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. (C-64-23-305-X-00)
