81. ROAD FILE NO. A728 Set a hearing for June 28, 2023, to adopt Road File No. A728 to Open and Declare the following described alignment into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. § 28-6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following described alignment into the County Transportation System, Road File No. A728. A roadway having a width consistent with the existing right-of-way and appurtenant rights, together with any additional right-of-way and appurtenances necessary to provide for construction, operation, and maintenance of the highway as designed and construc ted by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation; the centerline of the highway is described to-wit: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, and running east along the township line between Sections 5 and 32, 4 and 33, 3 and 34, and 2 and 36 to the Northeast corner of said Section 2 in said Township. The highway is known as Baseline Road from Bruner Road to State Route 85, lying in Supervisor District 4. The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B). General Vicinity: Baseline Road from Bruner Road to SR 85.
