82. ROAD FILE NO. A727 Set a hearing for June 28, 2023 to adopt Road File No. A727 to Open and Declare the following described alignment into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. § 28-6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare th e following described alignment(s) into the County Transportation System, Road File No. A727. A roadway having a width consistent with the existing right-of-way and appurtenant rights, together with any additional right-of-way and appurtenances necessary to provide for construction, operation, and maintenance of the highway as designed and constructed by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation; the centerline of the highway is described to-wit: BEGINNING at the south quarter corner of Section 25, Township 1 North, Range 5 West, and running east along the line between Sections 26 and 35 of said Township to the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, and thence running east along the line between Sections 30 and 31, 29 and 32, 28 and 33, 27 and 34, and 26 and 36 of last said Township to the Southeast corner of said Section 26. The highway is known as Southern Avenue from 311th Avenue to State Route 85 lying in Supervisor District 4. The beginning, ending, general course a nd direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B). General Vicinity: Southern Ave – From 311th Ave to SR 85.
