76. ALTERATION OF ROAD FILE A233-R.2 Adopt Road File No. A233-R.2 to Open and Declare the following described alignment(s) into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Ti tles 28-6701, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Alter Road File No. A233-R.2 by adopting Road File No. A233-R.2. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. Legal description A 30-foot roadway having a width consistent with the right of way, together with all appurtenances and easements of record, lying within Section Thirty-two (32), Township Two (2) North, Ra nge Seven (7) East, of the G&SRB&M, Maricopa County, Arizona. Said roadway is described as follows: The West 30 feet of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter (N1/2 SE1/4 SE 1/4) of said Section Thirty-two (32). Said roadway is known as 82nd Street from Southwest corner of the N1/2 SE1/4 SE 1/4 to Palm Lane, lying in Supervisor District No. 2 in the general vicinity of McDowell Rd and Hawes Rd.
