102. AGREEMENT WITH SALT RIVER PROJECT AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT & POWER DISTRICT FOR FINALIZATION OF DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION The Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) is providing the County with a simple operations and maintenance easement over their existing driveway as shown in the attached exhibit (B). We ask for Approval of the Agreement as it directly impacts the successful finalization of design and construction of MCDOT TIP TT0633: Southern Ave 37th Ave. to 51st Ave. SRP has provided proof of Prior Rights. Supporting documentation has been verified by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. The cost of this Easement is $10.00 (Ten Dollars). (C-64-23-339-X-00)
