73. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-359 Set a hearing for October 18, 2023, to adopt Resolution AB-359. Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-359 to abandon a portion of Lone Mountain Road east of 172nd St by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by a Quit Claim Deed on December 1st, 1967, and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 1967-0227247. LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-359 A portion of land as described in recorded instrument 1967-0227247, Maricopa County Records, lying within a portion of the property described in recorded instrument 2023-0178400, Maricopa County Records, situate in the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 5 North, Range 6 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Said portion of land being more particularly described as follows: The South 15 feet of the North 55 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23. EXCEPT the West 40 feet thereof. General Vicinity: Lone Mountain Road and 172nd Street.
