60. ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: ADOT/SHEA BLVD EXCHANGE Approve and execute an Assignment and Assumption of Grant of Easement between Maricopa County, Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation (FMYN) and a Highway Easement Deed (HED) between Maricopa County, ADOT and the Federal Highway Administration. This Assignment and Assumption of Grant of Easement releases the Maricopa County Department of Transportation from their responsibilities on land owned by FMYN and transfers it to ADOT. The County will assume the responsibilities that ADOT will release via the HED for that area along Bush Hwy at the intersection with State Route 87 (SR 87) in exchange for ADOT assuming responsibility for the parcel at the intersection of Shea Boulevard and SR 87.
