78. EXTINGUISHMENT OF EASEMENTS: NORTHERN PARKWAY, EL MIRAGE ALTERNATIVE ACCESS Approve and execute a Resolution to extinguish three easements that were acquired as part of the Northern Parkway El Mirage Alternative Access Project. The Real Estate Department obtained Drainage and Slope Easements for the purposes of improving the access along 129th Ave and Butler Drive in connection with the El Mirage Northern Parkway Alternative Access Project (TT0498). Since then, the City of El Mirage requested Maricopa County relinquish the easements. All parties have agreed to terminate the Drainage and Slope Easements therefore releasing the county and city from any future maintenance responsibilities.
