80. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-0374 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-0374 to abandon a portion of 15th Ave between Galvin St and Cloud Rd by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by an easement and agreement for highway purposes on June 7, 1972, and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 9484, Page 689. LEGAL DESCRIPTION AB-0374 A portion of the easement as described in Docket 9484 Page 689, Maricopa County Recorder (MCR), situate in Section 6, Township 5 North, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Said portion of land being the South Half of the following described parcel: The West 10 feet of the East 40 feet the Northeast Quarter of GLO Lot 3 of said Section 6; EXCEPT the North 55 feet. (General Vicinity: Cloud Road and 15th Avenue. Supervisory District No. 3) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder.
