74. CITY OF BUCKEYE TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY: ORDINANCE NO. 17-24 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along McDowell Rd from 195th Ave to Tuthill Rd. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance No. 17-24 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. (General Vicinity: McDowell Rd from 195th Ave to Tuthill Rd. Supervisory District No. 4) In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. (C-64-25-022-X-00)
