77. IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR STREET LIGHTING ALONG SUN VALLEY PARKWAY FROM INTERSTATE 10 TO THE EASTERN MUNICIPAL BOUNDARY (SUN CITY FESTIVAL) Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the City of Buckeye for the installation of street lighting along Sun Valley Parkway, from Interstate 10 to the Eastern Municipal Boundary (Sun City Festival). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approves it and remains in full force and effect until all Responsibilities set forth in Sections 9 and 10 of the Agreement have been satisfied.
