78. IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT JACKRABBIT TRAIL AND VAN BUREN STREET Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the City of Buckeye for the operation and maintenance of the traffic signal at Jackrabbit Trail and Van Buren Street (TT0659). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approves it and remains in full force and effect until all Responsibilities set forth in Sections 11 and 12 of the Agreement have been satisfied.
