73. ALTERATION OF ROAD FILE A356-R Adopt Road File No. A356-R to Open and Declare the following described alignment(s) into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 6705(B), it is recommended, by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Alter Road File No. A356 by adopting Road File No. A356-R. ROAD FILE NO. A356-R LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Those certain streets together with all appurtenances and easements of record, lying in the MAP of AGUILA-TOWNSITE, a subdivision lying within the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 9 West, of the Gila and Salt River Base & Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona and recorded in Book 07 of Maps, Page 38 Maricopa County Recorder; Said street alignments are identified as follows; Harquahala Street from Second Avenue to Eagle Eye Road, Valley Road from Second Avenue to Eagle Eye Road, Second Avenue from the South line of Valley Road to the South line of Harcuvar Street, First Avenue from the North line of Valley Road to the South line of Harcuvar Street, Eagle Eye Road from the South line of Valley Road to North line of Harcuvar Street, Said alignments are also known as various streets within MAP of AGUILA-TOWNSITE, Recorded in Book 07 of Maps, Page 38. The beginning, ending, general course and direction of each alignment is depicted in the attached Exhibit, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B). (General Vicinity: North of US 60 and Eagle Eye Road and lying in Supervisory District No. 4.)
