ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING: LUKE AIR FORCE BASE An access agreement with the United States of America (Luke Air Force Base) for environmental monitoring. Agreement is for a one (1) year duration with the ability to exercise up to nine (9) annual renewals at the following locations: •North 127th Avenue and West Citrus Road •West Bethany Home Road and North El Mirage Road •North 124th Lane and West Solano Drive Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-25-030-X-00)
