G.V.W. on Street Right-of-Way on 70th Drive within the SANTA MARIE TOWNSITE 1-16, 25-33 according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 30, Page 12, per the Maricopa County Residential Parking Ordinance.
