PAB-0256 Convene a hearing for Road File No. PAB-0256 to consider the request to abandon a portion of a Federal Patent Easement Number 1144865 lying in the Northeast quarter of Section 7 – T4N, R3E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. Located in the general vicinity of Happy Valley Road and 9th Avenue and known as Assessor Parcel Number 210-08-003A. Notice conditions and the request for comment requirements have been met.
