TRAFFIC CONTROL REGULATION CHANGES ON TUTHILL ROAD AND ELLIOT ROAD Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Anytime) on unincorporated Maricopa County Right-of-Way at the following locations: 1. A No Stopping, Standing, Parking Anytime Zone on Elliot Road from approximately 500 feet west of Tuthill Road to approximately 500 feet east of Tuthill Road (both sides of roadway). 2. A No Stopping, Standing, Parking Anytime Zone on Tuthill Road from approximately 475 feet south of Elliot Road to approximately 550 feet north of Elliot Road (both sides of roadway).
