110. BID AND AWARD FOR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON OLD US 80 PATTERSON RD. TO AGUA CALIENTE EXT. RD. Request approval for the solicitation of bids for this Federally Funded Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Engineering project on Old US 80 Patterson Rd. to Agua Caliente Ext. Rd. The work consists of overlaying the existing asphalt concrete pavement with a High Friction Surface Treatment (HFST). The HFST will be placed across the entire pavement width, followed by new pavement markings. Construction is scheduled for Sept. 2025. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent.
