51. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: ORDINANCE NO. 03-25 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Valencia Block 9 from 2nd Ave to 3rd Ave and Baseline Rd and Coronado St. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance No. 03-25 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. General Vicinity: Valencia Block 9 from 2nd Ave to 3rd Ave and Baseline Rd and Coronado St. Supervisory District No. 5 In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder.
