52. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF BUCKEYE: ORDINANCE NO. 07-25 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Buckeye, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along from Elwood St between Dean Rd and Rainbow Rd. In accordance with Buckeye Ordinance No. 07-25 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. General Vicinity: Elwood St Between Dean Rd and Rainbow Rd. Supervisory District No. 5 In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. (C-64-25-084-X-00)
