56. ROAD FILE NO. 6017 Set a hearing for April 23, 2025, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6017 to declare Maryland Avenue as shown in Book 910 of Maps, Page 10 into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following street into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6017. Said streets are described to wit: OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6017 That portion of Maryland Avenue consistent with the rights-of-way as shown on the plat of Falcon View, a subdivision recorded in Book 910 of Maps, Page 10, M.C.R., lying in the North Half of Section 11, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Maricopa County, Arizona; Containing 0.60 Acres. A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Maryland Avenue and 127th Avenue, lying within Supervisory District No. 4, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-25-085-X-00)
