57. ROAD FILE NO. 6016 Set a hearing for April 23, 2025, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6016 to declare Maryland Avenue and 127th Avenue, as shown in Book 1504, Page 37, into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. Titles 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets into the County Transportation System, Road File No. 6016. Said streets are described to wit: OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 6016 Those portions of Maryland Avenue and 127th Avenue, consistent with the rights-of-way, as depicted in Maryland Ridge Estates, a subdivision as shown in Book 1504 of Maps, Page 37, M.C.R., lying in the South Half of Section 11, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 1.80 Acres A map or plat of such streets is depicted in the attached Exhibit “A”. General Vicinity: Maryland Avenue and 127th Avenue. Supervisory District No. 4 In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-25-086-X-00)
