BID AND AWARD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS FOR NORTHERN PARKWAY: AGUA FRIA RIVER TO 103RD AVE Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s construction of roadway improvements for Northern Parkway: Agua Fria River to 103rd Ave, including new pavement, sidewalks, medians, traffic signal upgrades, lighting, signing and striping.
