53. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF MESA, ARIZONA: ORDINANCE NO. 5934 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Mesa, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along 222nd Street from Pecos Road north for approximately 2,200 feet in accordance with Mesa Ordinance No. 5934. The transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. General Vicinity: 222nd Street from Pecos Road to SR24. Supervisory District No. 2 In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. (C-64-25-093-X-00)
