62. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, approve the following amendments to the FY 2025 – 2029 five-year Transportation Improvement Program Year 1 (FY 2025) budget: 1. Decrease the expenditure budget for the Transportation (D640) Transportation Capital Project Fund (234) Maricopa Association of Government’s Arterial Life Cycle Program (ALCP) Project by $11,000,000. 2. Increase the expenditure budget for the Transportation (D640) Transportation Capital Project Fund (234) System Preservation and Reconstruction (SPAR) Project by $11,000,000. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
