95. TRANSFER OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF MESA: ORDINANCE 5956 Pursuant to ARS §9-471(O), approve the transfer of County right-of-way to the City of Mesa, Arizona. The County right-of-way is situated along Sossaman Rd. at the intersection of Sossaman Rd and Elliot Rd. In accordance with Mesa Ordinance 5956 the transferred right-of-way will be treated as newly annexed territory. General Vicinity: Sossaman Rd. at the intersection of Sossaman Rd and Elliot Rd. Supervisory District No. 1 In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Clerk Certification with the recorded City Ordinance with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-029-X-00)
