SOLAR POWER ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AGREEMENT WITH HARQUAHALA COMPLEX HOLDCO, LLC Approve the Solar Power Electrical System Agreement for Harquahala Complex Holdco, LLC to place facilities within the public Right-of-Way to deliver solar energy to receiving customers of Maricopa County. The Agreement is for a period of twenty-five (25) years with Company option to extend for an additional five (5) years upon written notice of extension request to County prior to the then-current expiration date of the Agreement.
