50. IGA WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH INSTITUTE TO PERFORM RESEARCH-ORIENTED TRAFFIC AND ITS TECHNOLOGY STUDIES Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI) to coordinate the use of their resources to perform research-oriented traffic and ITS technology studies. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date last signed below and remain in full force and effect for five (5) years (Term) from the effective date, except that it may be amended upon written Agreement by all Parties. Any Party may terminate this Agreement upon furnishing the other Party with a written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective termination date.
