44. ROAD FILE NO. A046-R (Supervisorial District 2) Set a hearing for April 8, 2026, to adopt a resolution for Road File No. A046-R to Open and Declare the following described alignment into the County Transportation System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director that the Board of Supervisors alters Road File No A046 by adopting Road File No. A046-R. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. A046-R Boise Street lying 25 feet on either side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the intersection of 219th Place and 2nd Place as depicted in Sun Down Addition recorded in Book 76 Page 28 on file with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office; THENCE easterly along the centerline of said 2nd Place to a point that is 693.29 feet East of the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter in Section 23 – T1N, R7E, Maricopa County, Arizona and said point being the POINT OF TERMINATION. General Vicinity: University Dr and Signal Butte Rd, lying within Supervisorial District 2, in an unincorporated area.
