56. CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CONSULTANT ENGINEERING, INC. (CEI) FOR (TT0551) SKUNK CREEK CROSSING AT DESERT HILLS DRIVE (Supervisorial District: 3) Approve Contract No. 2026-011 with Consultant Engineering, Inc. (CEI) in the not-to exceed amount of $766,055.02 for Construction Administration and Inspection services for the subject project, (TT0551) SKUNK CREEK CROSSING AT DESERT HILLS DRIVE. The project is to construct an eight cell, 10-foot by 6-foot by 7-foot reinforced concrete box culvert, and roadway approaches to convey Skunk Creek’s bank-full runoff underneath Desert Hills Drive. The contract will be in effect for 445 calendar days. The contract shall become effective upon execution by both parties. (C-64-26-135-X-00)
