61. ROAD FILE NO. 6031 (Supervisorial District: 4) Set a hearing for May 6, 2026 to adopt a resolution for Road File No. 6031 to declare streets in Zanjero Trails Parcel 34A as shown in Book 1545 of Maps, Page 36 into the County Road System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Zanjero Trails Parcel 34A into the County Road System, Road File 6031. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE 6031 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Zanjero Trails Parcel 34A”, a subdivision recorded in Book 1545 of Maps, Page 36, Maricopa County Records, lying in a portion of Section 16 – T2N, R2W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 6.35 Acres A plat depicting the declared streets is attached. General Vicinity: 195th Avenue and Bethany Home Road, lying within Supervisorial District 4, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-136-X-00)
