59. BID AND AWARD FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (TT0733) RIGGS RD FROM I-10 TO DOBSON RD (Supervisorial Districts: 1 and 5) Maricopa County Department of Transportation is requesting approval for the solicitation of bids for construction of Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) project TT0733: Riggs Rd from I-10 to Dobson Rd. This project will mill and overlay the pavement with new rubberized asphalt and upgrade ADA ramps to the current standard on approximately 2.73 miles of Riggs Rd from I -10 to Dobson Rd in the southeast Maricopa County. Construction will begin in FY 2028. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. (C-64-26-145-X-00)
