72. ROAD FILE 6038 (Supervisorial District: 4) Set a hearing for June 10, 2026 to adopt a resolution for Road File 6038 to declare streets in Northern Farms as shown in Book 1539 of Maps, Page 29 into the County Road System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Northern Farms into the County Road System, Road File 6038. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE 6038 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Northern Farms”, a subdivision recorded in Book 1539 of Maps, Page 29, Maricopa County Records, lying in a portion of Section 36 – T3N, R2W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 10.15 Acres. A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Olive Avenue and Cotton Lane, lying within Supervisorial District 4, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors’ resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-148-X-00)
