ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE AB-0395 (Supervisorial District: 5) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6701(B)(C), 28-7205 and 28-7215(B), adopt Resolution AB-0395 to abandon a portion of Beverly Road in the vicinity of Baseline Road and 59th Drive by abandoning a portion of the right of way which was dedicated to Maricopa County by Plat of Subdivision on March 6, 1967 and recorded in the office of the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument No. 1967-0416756 (Book 113 Page 59). General Vicinity: Baseline Road and 59th Drive. Legal descriptions and map or plat of the roadway to be extinguished, identified as Exhibits "A" and “B”, are in the attached Quitclaim deeds. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors’ resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-156-X-00)
