93. ROAD FILE 6039 (Supervisorial District: 4) Set a hearing for June 24, 2026 to adopt a resolution for Road File 6039 to declare streets in Azure Canyon as shown in Book 1535 of Maps, Page 17 into the County Road System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Parcel 1 of Azure Canyon into the County Road System, Road File 6039. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE 6039 All streets consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted as Parcel 1 of Azure Canyon, a subdivision recorded in Book 1535 of Maps, Page 17, Maricopa County Records, lying in a portion of Section 15 – T2N, R2W, Maricopa County, Arizona. Containing 2.79 Acres A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Perryville Road and Camelback Road, lying within Supervisorial District 4, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors’ resolution with the County Recorder. (C-64-26-157-X-00)
