113. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE CONTRACT WITH BIBLIOTHECA LLC. Approve a Competition Impracticable Contract with Bibliotheca, LLC. for library equipment, maintenance and support. This contract is for a term of five years, beginning on the 1st of October, 2025 and ending the 30th of September, 2030. The contract is estimated to be $2,000,000 through September 30, 2030.
