66. CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 WITH (SAECO) FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT AND MATERIALS TESTING Approve Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $500,000 and an extension of one year to the contract that will allow the on-call consultant to perform Quality Assurance Management and Materials Testing of four CIP and Dam safety Projects. Those four projects are under construction and SAECO is doing Quality Assurance Management and Materials Testing under this contract. The contract time extension is necessary for this on-call contract with SAECO to be able to provide the required Quality Assurance Management and Materials Testing for the projects that the District is constructing within FY23 through FY24. Extra funds are required to cover the extra testing efforts required by ADWR for the Buckeye FRS No. 1 Rehabilitation Project. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial Districts 2 and 4.
