SALE OF DISTRICT PARCELS AND AUTHORIZE CONVEYANCE TO CITY OF PHOENIX Pursuant to A.R.S § 48-3603, the Flood Control District requests the Board of Directors: (1) to approve the sale of FCD Parcels DDRAW-1, DDRAW-2, and DDRAW -3 to the City of Phoenix, a municipal corporation of the State of Arizona and (2) authorize Chairman of the Board of Directors to execute conveyance documents and all other required documents approved by legal counsel for the conveyance of the parcel to the City of Phoenix. The Distr ict has reserved a Flowage Easement for the continued operation and maintenance of the Dreamy Draw Dam. Parcel information: FCD Parcels: DDRAW-1, DDRAW-2, and DDRAW -3 Location: north of E. Northern Avenue, west of N. 32nd Street, along the east side of SR51 in Phoenix, AZ. Assessor Parcel Number(s): 165-12-014B, 165-12-016B and 165-12-017B (2.654 -acre parcel). Zoning: R1-10 Single Family Residence City of Phoenix Present Use: Vacant Land The District utilizes its Disposition Program on all propertie s to evaluate them for the best potential of sales or leasing, depending on current market information.
