80. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR HOHOKAM DRAINAGE PROGRAM – GO- BONDS SET 1 (Supervisorial District: 5) Approve Amendment No. 1 FCD Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) 2024A008A to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2024A008 for the Hohokam Drainage Program – GO-Bonds Set 1 Project (PROJECT) between the City of Phoenix (CITY), and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS and shall expire ten years from that date. This Amendment No. 1 adjusts the DISTRICT funding schedule while leaving the funding amounts unchanged. The PROJECT is located in the developed urban area within the CITY and is intended to mitigate excess stormwater runoff that impacts existing and proposed residences and businesses by using new storm drains, basins, and other drainage features in the area south of Baseline Road to Dobbins Road and 12th Street to 18th Street. The proposed Hohokam Drainage Program Project is within the Hohokam Area Drainage Master Study (ADMS). The proposed project will be designed and constructed for a 10-year level of protection.
