DECLARE/SELL EXCESS PARCEL - FCD A003-05-1 AND A003-06-1 Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603, the Flood Control District requests the Board of Directors declare two (2) parcels as excess to the needs of the District. Conveyance documents for the sale of the parcel will be presented to the District Board of Directors for acceptance and signature following a successful auction. Parcel information: 1. Southwest corner of W. McDowell Rd. and N. Bullard Ave. in Goodyear, AZ 2. Assessor Parcel Number – Portion of 500-04-982B 3. FCD parcel A003-05-1 – +/- 9.2734 AC or +/- 403,949 SQ-FT 4. Parcel Zoned – AG, Goodyear, AZ 1. Southwest corner of W. McDowell Rd. and N. Bullard Ave. in Goodyear, AZ 2. Assessor Parcel Number – Portion of 500-04-982B 3. FCD parcel A003-06-1 – +/- 13.8082 AC or +/- 601,484 SQ-FT 4. Parcel Zoned – AG, Goodyear, AZ After receipt of a request for public auction, the District will utilize its Disposition Program on all excess properties to determine the best potential of sales or leasing, depending on current market conditions. Upon formal excess declaration, on behalf of the District, Real Estate Department will offer the properties for sale at public auction for a minimum of market value, as determined by appraisal, unless to another agency for public purposes, at appraised value, without auction.
