DECLARE EXCESS PARCEL – FCD (FP-010) (Supervisory District No. 3) Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603, the Flood Control District requests the Board of Directors declare one (1) parcel as excess to the needs of the District. Conveyance documents for the sale of the parcel will be presented to the District Board of Directors for acceptance and signature following a successful auction. Parcel information: 1. 36815 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85086 2. Assessor Parcel Number – 211-51-002F 3. FCD Parcel# FP-010 – +/- 1.226 AC or +/- 53,389 SQ-FT 4. Parcel Zoned – RU-43, Phoenix, AZ After receipt of a request for public auction, the District will utilize its Disposition Program on all excess properties to determine the best potential of sales or leasing, depending on current market conditions. Upon formal excess declaration, on behalf of the District, Real Estate Department will offer the property for sale at public auction with the minimum bid set at market value, as determined by an appraisal. 79. PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND CONVEYANCE DOCUMENTS FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY FCD FP-010-EX (Supervisorial District: 3) Approve and execute purchase agreement and conveyance documents and all other documents approved by legal counsel require to complete the transaction. Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603(I), the Flood Control District (District) requests the Board of Directors approve the sale of FCD Parcel FP-010-EX (APN 211-51-002F) and authorize the Chair to execute a deed by and between Flood Control District of Maricopa County as Seller, and Robert Stanley Morris III and Melissa Jean Morris, husband and wife, as community property with right of survivorship, as Buyer, and authorize the Chair to sign all other documents approved by legal counsel required to dispose of/transfer the property without further Board action. This District property was purchased as part of the Flood Control District of Maricopa County’s Floodprone Property Assistance Program and was declared excess to the needs of the District by the Board of Directors on January 28, 2026 (C-69-26-020-X-00). On February 6, 2026, District parcel FP-010-EX was appraised at a value of $72,500.00. On March 19, 2026, the Maricopa County Real Estate Department held a public auction for District parcels FP-010-EX that resulted in a winning bid of $72,500.00. (C-69-26-032-X-00)
