28. ONLINE PUBLIC RECORDS AND LEGAL RESEARCH SERVICES (14077-CI) Approve the renewal of the following contracts for legal research services. The County Attorney, Public Defender’s Office, Office of Legal Defender, Office of Legal Advocacy, Sheriff’s Office, Public Health and other County departments use this contract for legal searches. This Contract contains options for contract renewals and is being renewed for a term of five years, thru February 28, 2025. The remaining MA balance in Advantage 3x of $495,992.08 is not sufficient to cover anticipated spend thru the end of this new term, therefore requesting an additional $1,500,000.00 be added to the Contract award value. The County Attorney, Public Defender’s Office, Office of Legal Defender, Office of Legal Advocacy, Sheriff’s Office, Public Health, and other County departments use this contract for legal searches. This value increase is necessary to cover current and future procurement card payments and future spend through 2/28/2025. Request contract value increase of $800,000.00 that would change the current award amount from $3,268,524.00.00 to a new award total of $4,068,524.00. ($80,000 was preliminarily added on 4/19/2023 to allow for the pcard payment to be processed.) (C-73-15-023-7-02)
